All cancellations require a 48 hour notice no later than 5:00PM at no charge. If you are scheduled on Monday, please call by Friday before the end of the business day to cancel, so we can rearrange our schedule. A $50 charge will be assessed if you do not call within the time frame listed. If we show up for a scheduled cleaning, and cannot get in, or are turned away, we will charge full price for your scheduled cleaning time. We do not like to do this, so please give a 48 hour notice. Most cleanings are 2 hour minimum.
Payment is due at time of service. We do not invoice.
Please understand there might be a time we may have to go over the scheduled time, do to extra picking up, we will leave an invoice and you can mail us a check with the difference. A $40 charge will be assessed on NSF/returned checks.
SKIPPED CLEANING VISITS:
Our service is based on the type of visit you schedule. Weekly rates are for weekly cleaning. Bi-weekly is for Bi-weekly cleaning. If you skip a cleaning, you will be charged the rate for the next frequency of service, if it takes additional time to complete the cleaning.
Accidents do happen. If we are responsible for any damages to your home, we will leave a note for you the day of the cleaning. We make any attempt to repair, replace, or pay for any item that we have damaged.
We will not assume liability on any items not secured in a proper manner. (example: heavy pictures hanging from thumb tacks, pre-existing damage, scratches, dents or dings on furniture, pictures, windows, floors, glass or mirrors) We will assume that all floors have been sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing damage.
WEAR AND TEAR:
We do a normal dusting of blinds/window treatments. We are not responsible for removing any build up that may have built up over a period of time prior to our being hired. This service is available and additional rates do apply. Normal wear and tear does happen in our homes and we cannot guarantee 100% of cleaning of your blinds. We cannot be held liable for grout that won’t come 100% clean in your kitchen,or bathrooms/ shower glass doors. These areas may take more than one cleaning to approve in appearance or may not come clean at all.
* Hourly fees are billed by the labor hour. For example:
One cleaner or one hour = one labor hour
Two cleaners for one hour = two labor hours
We reserve the right to adjust our rates and policies at anytime.
Tips are always appreciated but not required. 5% is average and cash is preferred so that they do not have to be processed.
